Hi! I'm Meg. I started yoga a few years ago to complement my passion for dance. While working on my own practice through classes, retreats, and self discovery I found how all the different elements of yoga really can change lives for the better, whether this is through moving the body more, focusing and calming the mind, or a happy mix of the two.

 

I founded Hello Yoga after completing my yoga teacher training in Bali with The Sacred Fig. My training gave me the tools not just to create a class for a wide range of abilities, but also the passion and drive to make yoga and wellness available to everyone, whether that's in a class setting, through meditation and mindfulness, or in a one to one session.
