Classes we offer
Vinyasa Flow is a moderately paced class. We match movement and breath to create flowing sequences, building strength, tone, and flexibility. We also take time for moments of stillness and calm to relax busy minds. This class is perfect for anyone looking to burn some calories while gaining mental peace and quiet.
Slow flow is a glorious mixture of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. We use calm, flowing sequences to warm up the body, then hold poses to strengthen and tone, as well as release any tension. Because of the slower pace, these classes are perfect for beginners, anyone with injuries, pregnancy, or anyone looking to calm a busy mind and get a good nights sleep.
Mini flows are bespoke 30 minute sequences, available as an online video link. If there's an area that you particularly want to target with yoga, for example back pain, weight loss, recovering from illness or injury, pregnancy, or if you want a short sequence that you can repeat a few times a week, these are perfect for you.
